Hobart's AM15-2 Door Type Dishwasher is like having two machines in one. This single rack, high temperature dishwasher includes a booster heater. Gentle enough for a wine glass and strong enough for the pot that's been sitting for several days, this dishwasher takes washing to another level. The AM15-2 uses only .74 gallons of water per rack, and can clean 58 racks an hour using hot water sanitizing and 65 racks an hour using chemical sanitizing. The solid state integrated controls with digital status indicators keep you aware of everything happening behind the stainless steel doors. The 2 horsepower motor takes the revolving stainless steel wash arms and with their unrestricted openings above and below, no surface can escape their cleaning power. The rotating rinse arms with 14 rinse nozzles ensure every item is completely rinsed. Both the wash and rinse arms are interchangeable and removable. Four wash cycle selections help you design the cleaning process to fit the soiled wares. A 1 minute cycle cleans glassware, while a 2, 3 or 4 minute cycle can tackle the pots and pans based on their level of dirtiness. The drawn tank, tank shelf and feet are constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel. The frame is made of 12 gauge stainless steel. The chamber is made of 18 gauge stainless steel, while the removable trim panels are made of 20 gauge stainless steel - both are polished to a fine satin finish.
